Nevus Lipomatosus Cutaneous Superficialis with a Histopathological Appearance Resembling Sclerotic Fibroma: A Rare Case Report

Background: Nevus lipomatosus cutaneous superficialis (NLCS) of Hoffmann–Zurhelle is a benign idiopathic hamartoma. There are two types NLCS, multiple and solitary. They found in the abdomen, lower back, buttocks, hips, upper posterior thighs, pelvis. The diagnosis can be evaluated with typical histopathological mature fat cells dermis, 10%–50% dermis.
 Case Report: We reported case NLCS clinical papules nodules on buttocks since age 6 years history lipoma removal. dermoscopic examination was conducted to confirm diagnosis. showed dominant sclerotic fibroma sessions biopsy few fats dermis after deeper cuts paraffin block. Cryotherapy an open spray method treatment choice this patient.
 Discussion: appearance normal or increase collagen. Interestingly, collagen has sclerosis partially resembles never been reported. increases amount collagen; however, as remains obscure. features other morphological abnormalities have reported, such perifollicular (PF) features. PF.
